Step 1: design
Our designers are with decades of experience in designing and manufacturing display showcases. Each design is prototyped using the new 3D printing technology at first.Our led light is specially designed according to the kind of display showcase it is installed in.
Step 2: produce
The materials required for manufacturing are strictly inspected to control their stability. The manufacturing of parts will be polished, galvanized, and cleaned to ensure their hardness and weather resistance. Parts can also be painted in different colors according to customer requirements. The chip is the core part of LED lights, and our chip is produced by workers in a dust-free workshop wearing dust-free clothing.
Step 3: assembly
The LED light is finally assembled by assembly department. Every part will be sent to the worker who assembly the light.
Step 4: test
Then the light is under testing by quality inspection department to make sure every product is in good quality before leaving our factory.
Step 5: package
The light is carefully packaged to be safe after inspection.Each product is individually packaged, and diy design different packaging box.
Step 6: shipment&payment
For shipment, we cooperate with FedEx, DHL, TNT, and UpS to make sure the goods can reach to our clients safely and quickly. For payment, we can accept payment from T/T, PayPal, and Western Union, etc.

Can you make products as our special requirements?
We can make products according to your requirments on color tempeature, height and/or length, and body color quickly with little charge. If you make products according to your design, we can also make it for you.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity needed for your products. Even there is only 1 sample needed.
What is the lead time for your products?
In normal, we can make shipment within 5 working days after payment. If your goods needed to be painted, it will takes about 10 working days.
How you will ship your products?
Our products are with light weight. We always ship goods by Express, such as TNT, DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc. If you have your own express account for import, we can use your own account. If not, we can calcualte freight cost for you using our account.
Can we pay you through Paypal?
For small amount of money less than USD 200 only, we can accept payment through Paypal, Westen Union or T/T. For total amount more than USD 200 only, it is better you can pay us by T/T.
