Custom Display Lighting Manufacturer for Showcases and Cabinets

The short version

LightrixTech manufactures one narrow thing very well: miniature LED fixtures that sit inside or directly above a display case. Mini magnetic track spotlights from 1 W to 3 W, pole spotlights that rise from the case floor, recessed spots that flush into a shelf or ceiling, and rotating LED bars for linear accents — all on 12 V DC, all built for the distance between a lamp and a diamond.

We are a manufacturer, not a trading desk. That matters for two reasons: the MOQ is 1 piece, and custom housing colour, logo and packaging are handled at the factory rather than sub-contracted.

What we manufacture

  • Mini magnetic track spotlights — 1 W / 2 W / 3 W, DC 12 V, 4000 K, fixed or zoomable beam (10°–60°), with tiltable brackets. See the magnetic track range.
  • Mini pole spotlights — the fixture stands on a slim pole inside the cabinet, so nothing has to be drilled into the case ceiling. Pole spotlight range.
  • Mini recessed spotlights — flush-mounted into shelf boards and case tops. Recessed range.
  • Rotating LED bars — linear light for back panels, plinths and long vitrines. Rotating LED bar.
  • System parts — magnetic track, flat and suspended track, connectors, and 12 V / 24 V drivers, so the fixture and the infrastructure come from one supplier.

Typical installations: jewellery and watch cabinets, museum vitrines and gallery cases, optical and eyewear wall bays, and retail shelving and shopfitting.

Why miniature fixtures win inside a case

A display case is a small room with a glass roof and no ventilation. Three problems follow, and each one is solved by size rather than by wattage.

Heat. A 3 W fixture dissipates a fraction of what a 20 W retrofit does. Near leather, resin, paper or mounted specimens, that difference is the difference between a stable object and a slowly cooking one.

Glare. In a vitrine the visitor's eye and the object sit close together, so a wide flood washes the glass and hides the piece behind reflections. A narrow, aimable beam placed off-axis lights the object and keeps the reflection out of the sightline. Zoomable optics matter here: 10° for a single ring, 45°–60° for a full shelf.

Disappearance. The fixture should not compete with what it lights. A 1 W spot on a 5 mm track, or a slim pole rising from the case floor, is almost invisible from the customer's side of the glass.

OEM and ODM: what you can specify

Custom work is routine, not exceptional. What we handle at the factory:

  • Housing colour — matched to your case interior or brand palette (this is the one customisation with a longer sample and production lead time).
  • Branding — your logo on the fixture, the driver or the packaging.
  • Packaging — retail-ready boxes, printed sleeves or plain bulk cartons for your own assembly line.
  • Beam and power combinations — the same housing in 1 W, 2 W or 3 W, fixed or zoomable, with the CCT and beam you need for a given case.
  • System assembly — track, connectors and driver supplied as one matched kit instead of loose parts.

If a requirement is not on this list, send the drawing or the sample and we will tell you whether it is a tooling change, a colour run, or simply not practical at your volume — before you commit to an order.

How an order starts

  1. Send the case, not just the model. A photo of the cabinet, the internal dimensions and what is being displayed tell us more than a part number. If you already know the model, send that too.
  2. We propose a configuration. Fixture type, wattage, beam, CCT, quantity and mounting, with the price and the lead time for that exact combination.
  3. Samples. About 3 days for standard product, about 1 week if you need a custom housing colour. Test them in the actual case — the glass changes everything.
  4. Production. About 1 week for 200 pcs on standard product, 2–3 weeks with custom housing colour.

Nothing above requires a minimum project size. One counter, one vitrine or one showroom renovation are all normal starting points for us.
