One cabinet, one vitrine, one showroom refurbishment — all normal order sizes. We would rather ship one fixture that fits than quote a container you cannot use.

Samples are charged as a rule — a fixture that has been handled, packed and shipped is not a catalogue page. For small quantities we can supply them free of charge; ask when you send the model list, and the quotation will show the sample cost separately from the production price.

The difference between the two columns is colour, not quantity: a custom housing colour means a separate finishing run, which is why it takes two to three times as long at the same volume. If your opening date is fixed, tell us that date in the first email — scheduling is easier to arrange at the quotation stage than after the order is placed.

We do not claim marks we have not obtained. If your project requires a specific approval for the destination market, raise it in the first email so the bill of materials is priced correctly rather than discovered at inspection.
Showcase lighting is decided by glass, not by a spec sheet. The same 3 W fixture at the same beam angle will look different through 6 mm low-iron glass, laminated glass, or an old acrylic panel — the reflection moves, and the object either separates from the background or sinks into it. A sample that looks right on a desk can wash out inside the case.
So the useful test is: mount the sample in the cabinet you are actually lighting, at the real mounting height, with the real object inside, and look at it from the customer's side of the glass. That is a ten-minute test that prevents a 200 pc return.
Is there a minimum per model, or per order? Per order. You can combine different models in one order and still stay at the 1 pc minimum.
Can I get a sample before paying? Samples are normally charged, with small quantities available free on request. Freight is paid by the buyer.
Why is a custom colour slower? It needs a separate finishing run. Sample about 1 week, 200 pcs in 2–3 weeks.
What if I need more than 200 pcs? Larger volumes are quoted per order, with the schedule confirmed in the quotation.
Is the product CE marked? Yes. For other destination-specific approvals, tell us the country and we will confirm before you order.
Can the terms on this page change? These are our standard terms. A specific project may be quoted differently, and the quotation always overrides this page.
